Troubleshooting problems on clicking the download links of the exe in the license email 

There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download (in Google Chrome), in such cases

  • You should copy (right click on link and copy link) and paste the download links in a different browser (like edge or firefox) and click go
  • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
  • Write to us in the Altair Community here with this issue and we will send you alternate download links.

Note: S-Frame users should choose “Enterprise” edition during installation.
