October 27: Maximizing the Potential of Additive Manufacturing, Coventry, UK

REGISTER HERE

Additive Manufacturing (AM) is a key enabler for high value manufacturing. The design of AM components in particular will produce a paradigm shift in the way components are designed, developed and manufactured.

In order to industrialize AM, a significant amount of work is still required. The weight and performance benefits of components redesigned for AM is proven. To ensure these gains are not eroded it is vital that an end2end process for AM is established to provide the engineer with the tools and design guidelines to maximize the true potential of AM.

Altair has been working closely with OEM’s, manufacturers of AM machinery and those at the forefront of AM research to help develop a robust end2end process for AM. To showcase this and to bring together the leaders of AM, Altair will be holding a free to attend seminar at the MTC, home to the National Centre for Net Shape and Additive Manufacturing on 27 October 2015.
