Based on practical examples, this webinar will offer a guided tour through computational methods to determine Radar Cross Section (RCS), from objects of just a few wavelengths, to objects of thousands of wavelengths in size.

After discussing several individual methods, a suitable combination of asymptotic and rigorous methods will be presented for the challenging case of an aircraft with engine inlets that contain fans.

Finally, for the Holy Grail of identifying and eliminating scattering centers, an Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) script is applied to a tank.
