Near-field infrared spectroscopy simulations using Altair FEKO

In this white paper, we present our interesting research on novel numerical simulations of infrared nano-spectroscopy using Altair FEKO which has been published in Physical Review Research [1]. We employed the Method of Moments (MoM) and Surface Equivalence Principle (SEP) solution methods to model experimental data.
